sleep, tiredness

So even when I get 8 hours of sleep I still feel pretty tired at times during the day.

Maybe it's an exercise thing? I think I'm going to try exercising more (than never) this semester.

Or maybe it's diet. Hmm...

Of course, the easy solution is to just drink loads more coffee. But that has bad effects. A cup in the morning is probably fine.
